Quantum has been working hard on refining
current products, and adding onto existing product lines – putting more emphasis
on cosmetics, lightweight frames, and upgraded ergonomics.
Here is a sneak peak of some of the new products
that have been released to the public THIS MORNING, for the first time ever, at
the 2012 I-CAST show which is being held in Orlando, FL.
EXO – 200 and 300 models

The first EXO reels debuted at I-CAST 2011 with
the introduction of the 100 series. Thanks to rave reviews and our call for a
larger reel with greater strength and line capacity for tolerating all trophy
fish, Quantum listened, and the engineers delivered.
The new EXO models combine a special,
ultra-rigid aluminum allow in load bearing areas with a lightweight composite
that reduces weight in non-critical locations by 50%. This has enabled Quantum
engineers to construct the lightest possible frames with zero sacrifice in
strength. The EXO 200 ($269) and EXO 300 ($279) were built with great line
capacities in mind, and a focus on handling big baits and big fish.
